Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Oracle (the "App"), provided by AS Magic Apps ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using Oracle, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and valid payment/license status, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Oracle for your personal or professional performance activity.

2. Account and License Use

You must provide accurate information during purchase or activation where required.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license except as explicitly allowed by us.
We may suspend or revoke access in case of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, or attempts to bypass licensing controls.
No use of the App in violation of applicable law.

4. Availability and Changes

Oracle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time, including for security, legal, or performance reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Oracle and related content (excluding your own custom inputs/texts) remain the property of AS Magic Apps and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AS Magic Apps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of Oracle.

7. Disclaimer

We do not warrant that Oracle will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices/configurations at all times.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Oracle ends immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your principal operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
