Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Oracle by AS Magic Apps.

No refunds are provided by default after purchase.

1. General Rule

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incompatibility with personal workflow, performance preference, or misunderstanding of features that are described on the product page.

2. Limited Exception (Developer Defect)

A refund may be granted only if Oracle becomes non-functional due to a confirmed development defect introduced by AS Magic Apps, and we are unable to provide a working fix within a reasonable time.

3. Exclusions

Refunds are not granted for issues caused by third-party platforms or services outside our control, including but not limited to Apple/iOS platform behavior, App Store account constraints, device-level restrictions, OS-level changes, or external service outages.

Where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply, those laws will prevail. If a purchase was processed by a payment provider or marketplace, their procedural rules may apply in addition to this policy.
